Steven Seagal is back and out for vengeance.
With a mysterious past as an expert sniper, Kane (Seagal) is recruited by the CIA to assassinate a high profile target in a highly secretive ‘off-the-grid’ mission. Whilst on the assignment Kane and his team come under heavy fire from a lethal street gang.
